Luc Declercq

Luc Declercq has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Analysis & Decision for Customer Loan Services at Belfius since October 2011, and previously holding leadership roles in Risk Framework & Strategies. Prior to joining Belfius, Luc Declercq worked at Gemeentekrediet - Dexia Bank Belgie - Belfius from January 1988 to October 2011, advancing from a credit analyst and KMO advisor to managing all credit departments in five regional branches. Earlier experience includes a role as a procuration holder and credit analyst at Indosuez Bank België NV and serving as a platoon commander at the Ministry of Defense. Luc Declercq holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and completed officer training at the Infanterieschool Arlon.
