Pascal Swinnen is an experienced finance technology leader with over a decade at Belfius, currently serving as Head of Finance Technology, after holding various roles including Head of PMO & CORM for Digital Programs and Head of Corporate Project Office for Retail & Commercial Banking. Prior to Belfius, Pascal worked at Dexia Bank Belgium as a Project Manager in Securities & Investments and also owned NetPower.be, which specialized in IT infrastructure and custom software development for SMEs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Fixed Income Trader at Artesia Bank. Pascal holds a Master's degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
