Sofie Geukens

Sofie Geukens currently serves as the Head of Private & Wealth Product Management and Alternative Investments at Belfius since April 2024, having previously held the position of Head of Alternative Investments at Belfius Asset Management from April 2021 to April 2024. Prior roles include Head of Investment Solutions and Fund Selection at Belfius Investment Partners and Senior Investment Analyst in Multi-Manager Selection. Sofie began the career at Goldman Sachs as a Sales Associate and Sales Analyst, following a role as Financial Institutions Group Coverage Trainee at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. The career commenced with an internship in Investment Management at BNP Paribas Fortis. Sofie Geukens completed a Master’s in Business Administration at Stockholm Business School and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at KU Leuven, complemented by studies at Saïd Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Copenhagen Business School.
