Michael Hinca

Michael Hinca is currently the Head of HR at BELFOR Denmark A/S, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, Michael served as an interim Human Resources Advisor and HR Business Partner in various organizations, including Scandinavian Airlines and Stena Recycling A/S. They have extensive experience in HR leadership, with previous positions such as VP HR Operations at Scandinavian Airlines and HR Manager at Scandinavian IT Group. Michael also holds educational credentials from Copenhagen Business College, having completed the Retail Academy program.
