Gerry Fallon is the Chairman of Belgrade Insulations Ltd, a role held since 2011. They previously served as Managing Director of Encon Insulation & Nevill Long from 1985 to 2007. They earned a BSc in Chemistry (2:2) from the University of Paisley (1975–1979).
