Jonathan Pearson is the CFO Ventures at Liberty Global, where they optimize capital allocation and enhance performance monitoring across various operations. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, Jonathan previously held leadership roles at several prestigious financial institutions, including HSBC and Bank of America. They have also been instrumental in creating impactful Learning and Development programs, educating over 400 finance employees. Currently, Jonathan serves as Chairman for both Liberty Charge and Egg, while also contributing as a School Governor at Dr Challoner's Grammar School. Jonathan holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
