Bruno Crolot

Bruno Crolot is an experienced executive in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as President of Label & Artist Solutions at Believe since June 2025. Previously, Bruno held various leadership roles at Spotify from October 2016 to May 2025, including Senior Director and Head of International Music, where responsibility encompassed a globally distributed team of over 250 employees. Bruno also served as Managing Director for France & Benelux, achieving market leadership in France through strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Spotify, Bruno was an Advisor for Sónar+D, General Manager for Midem at Reed MIDEM, and held key positions at Sony Music France, Orange/France Telecom, Altice Group, and Universal Music Group. Bruno holds a MSG in Business, Management, and Marketing from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and completed an IMM leadership program.
