Oudom Chea

Oudom CHEA is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in infrastructure operations and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Operation at Believe since June 2022, Oudom manages team activities, project execution, budget oversight, incident management, and critical application availability. Previous roles include Operations Controller at Believe, where supplier management and infrastructure improvements were key responsibilities, and Operational Manager at Altares - Dun and Bradstreet, overseeing production teams and project tasks. With earlier experience as Transition Manager at Cognizant and Global Head of IT Operations at Dexia, Oudom has demonstrated expertise in coordinating project planning, managing IT operations, and ensuring application availability. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in computer science from Aston and a BTS in Computer Science and Networks for Industry and Technical Services from Lycée diderot.
