Xiaole X. currently serves as the Head of Artist Services in Greater China at Believe since March 2019. Additionally, Xiaole is a Co-Founder and Music Producer at FreeJamSound, contributing to the A&R and production of numerous artists, including notable figures such as Lu Han, Kris Wu, and Sean Xiao. Prior experience includes serving as the A&R Director at Rock Forward Entertainment from October 2013 to February 2018, and artist management at Rock Records Limited from May 2011 to June 2012. Earlier in the career, Xiaole worked as a Marketing Manager at Music Nation from June 2007 to May 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Common Law and Civil Law from Northwest University of Political Science and Law, attained from 2002 to 2006.
