Kelly Nelson

Kelly Nelson, PHR has a strong background in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience. Kelly most recently served as the Human Resources Director at BeLit, Inc. since 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP, Human Resources at FirstAtlantic Bank from 2007 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a complete HR program, including company culture, policies, and procedures. Before that, they were the VP of Human Resources at Monticello Bank from 2006 to 2007, where they provided HR support to 80 employees and ensured policy compliance. Kelly also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Unison Industries and as a Human Resource Generalist/Manager at Goodrich.

Kelly Nelson, PHR earned a BS degree in Psychology from Salve Regina University from 1991 to 1995.
