Haley Mitchell

Haley Mitchell is an experienced professional in fashion merchandising, currently serving as an Assistant Buyer at Belk, managing women's active and outerwear categories as well as tween brands. Haley has developed strong merchandising strategies and has presented these to senior leaders. Previous roles include allocation intern at J.Crew, where the focus was on optimizing product distribution, and co-manager at The Style Shop, overseeing a large team and driving store rebranding efforts. With a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, Haley has also held various positions, including a merchandising intern role at Belk and a showroom sales intern with JLM Couture, showcasing a well-rounded experience in the retail and fashion industry.
