Isa Herrera

Isa Herrera, MBA, MS, serves as the Director of Financial Systems & Process Improvement at Belk since April 2019, having previously held the title of Sr. Manager in the same department. In this role, responsibilities include managing financial systems such as Hyperion Essbase and PBCS, as well as leading process improvement initiatives within the Finance organization. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Equinox, where Isa managed annual financial planning and reporting for all divisions, and roles at Urban Brands and New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. Education includes an MBA in Risk Management and an MS in Accounting from Saint Peter's University, along with a BBA in Finance from Baruch College.
