Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager at Belk, where employment began in July 2018. Prior to this role, Michael held various engineering positions at JCPenney from September 1980 to September 2017, including Engineering Senior Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Sr. Industrial Engineer, and Industrial Engineer. In these positions, Michael managed a large corporate capital budget, developed and maintained over 100 supply chain and store labor standards, and led materials handling and process improvement projects. Michael possesses extensive experience in training and applying workplace and office ergonomic principles. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
