Randy Dell

Randy Dell is an experienced retail executive with a significant tenure at Belk, Inc. since March 2007, currently serving as Regional Vice President. Prior roles at Belk included Divisional Merchandise Coordinator, where strategic business initiatives were developed, and Director of Business Strategy, overseeing operations for a $450 million sales merchandising unit. Randy also managed Belk's flagship location in Charlotte, NC. Previous experience includes serving as Store Manager at Bon Ton and Parisian, as well as at Jacobson Stores Inc. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western Connecticut State University, completed in 1995.
