Stephen Conrad serves as Group Vice President of eCommerce at Belk since October 2025. Prior roles include Vice President of eCommerce at Sonic Automotive and EchoPark Automotive, where Stephen focused on enhancing the digital experience for automotive users. At Belk, prior to his current position, Stephen was Director of eCommerce Digital Experience & Site Operations, leading multi-channel eCommerce functions and optimizing customer experiences. Earlier experience includes project management roles at ZAPATA Incorporated and roles in quality control and safety supervision for environmental projects, as well as serving as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in the United States Air Force. Stephen holds an MBA with concentrations in Business Analytics, IT Management, and Supply Chain Management from UNC Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, cum laude, also from the same institution. Additional certifications include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
