Weldon Rodgers

Weldon Rodgers has extensive experience in asset protection and loss prevention, currently serving as an Asset Protection Supervisor at Belk since June 2015. In this role, Weldon is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising new employees while also assisting in establishing the first Loss Prevention Department at the Belk Fulfilment Center. Prior to this position, Weldon worked at Belk from 2001 to 2015 in various roles, including Loss Prevention Lead, where efforts were made to revitalize loss prevention programs in Union and Spartanburg, SC, and Loss Prevention Associate, focusing on auditing and monitoring inventory for theft detection. Weldon's experience also includes serving as a Correctional Officer for the South Carolina Department of Corrections from September 1995 to December 2008. Weldon graduated from Lockhart High School between 1979 and 1985.
