John Sutton

John Sutton is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project and site management. Currently serving as Project Manager at Bell Building Projects Ltd since July 2022, John is leading the largest passivhaus development in Scotland, transforming a brownfield site in Garelochhead into a significant asset for the Argyll Community Housing Association. John has held various managerial positions across multiple organizations, including A&H Construction & Developments Plc, Stewart and Shields Ltd, Muir Construction, and Esh Group, where notable achievements include delivering a school extension project in a 20-week timeframe. John holds a BSc in Construction Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HND in Construction Management from Glasgow College of Building and Printing.
