David Baschiera

David Baschiera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Bell, serving in various managerial roles from December 2004 to January 2007. As a Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager for Outbound Programs, David managed Telesales channels, successfully implementing coaching programs that resulted in significant lifts in outbound call volume and improved sales. As a Governance Manager, David oversaw marketing councils and facilitated stakeholder engagement across different organizational levels. Additional roles included creating targeted direct response campaigns that enhanced sales performance in the Condominium and Apartment market and managing marketing initiatives through the PMO Resourcing and Support Manager position. David holds a Bachelor of Science Honours with Distinction from the University of Toronto, graduated in 1995.
