Dev Gadgil

Dev Gadgil is a Senior Technical Architect II at Bell with over 15 years of experience in the wireless telecom industry. They have led teams for more than four years in the design, optimization, and technology development of UMTS, LTE, 5G, and Fixed Wireless networks. Dev has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, having successfully implemented processes that enhance business efficiency. They previously held various positions at Bell, including Specialist roles in RF Network Design and Performance, and began their career as a Broadband Network Designer at BIAC Broadband. Dev is currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology at Humber College.
