Jeff Downs is currently the Access Network Implementation Manager at Bell Canada, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Bell Canada Access Network Implementation Designer from 2011 to 2022 and briefly as a CAG Manager at Prestige Telecom Group in 2011. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Plant Biology from Queen's University (1997-2000) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of British Columbia (2000-2002). Outside of work, Jeff enjoys perennial shade gardening and downhill skiing.
