Jonas C. is the Lead Member of the Bell Ai Vanguard team, specializing in the integration of AI in medium to large organizations' operations. They have served as the Director of Contact Center Operations at Desjardins and held various leadership positions across companies such as SherWeb and CGI. Currently, Jonas is an Acting Researcher at the Institut des Sciences Cognitives - UQAM and serves as the CTO at ALPHA Chatbots & Technologies, affiliated with Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. Jonas is also pursuing a PhD in Cognitive Computer Science at Université du Québec à Montréal.
