Mark McGraw is a Principal Cloud Call Center Consultant and Senior Manager at Bell Canada, specializing in CCAAS migration and delivery oversight for strategic cloud deployments. They bring over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, account management, and software development, having previously held key positions at Genesys, where they played a critical role in cloud transition and voice analytics. As Co-CEO and CSO of Atlantic Housecalls, Mark has driven significant revenue growth since 2016, focusing on business strategy and AI implementation. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from the University of New Brunswick.
