With over eight years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and computer networks, Umar has developed expertise in troubleshooting and DevOps concepts. They hold a Master's Degree in Computer Networks from Toronto Metropolitan University and possess several Cisco certifications. Previously, Umar worked in IT support roles at Elte and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, enhancing their skills in technical support and project management.
