Rick Bruining is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background in the justice and civic sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Justice & Civic at BELL Construction since March 2022, Rick has previously held key positions including Senior Project Manager at Barton Malow from July 2018 to February 2022, and Senior Manager of Corrections at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. from April 2013 to July 2018. Prior roles also include Vice President of Sales/Project Management at Legg, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at Pauly Jail Building Company, where Rick contributed from November 2003 to June 2012.
