Billy Winters

Billy Winters has extensive experience in the aviation and defense sectors, currently serving as Proposals & Configuration Manager at Bell Helicopter since June 1996. In this role, Billy assists customers in developing mission-capable aircraft by specifying necessary equipment and providing pricing for tailored configurations. Previously, Billy was a Special Response Team Member with the U.S. Air National Guard from August 1995 to July 1999, where training as a SWAT member allowed for effective responses to critical incidents. Prior to that, Billy served as an Aircraft Electronics Technician in the U.S. Air Force from April 1991 to July 1995, troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems. Educational background includes studies at Austin Peay State University and West Virginia University.
