Chia-Wei Su

Chia-Wei Su is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in flight control systems and hardware development. Since August 2017, Chia-Wei has served as a Senior Flight Control System Engineer at Bell Helicopter. Prior to this role, Chia-Wei worked at Microsoft as a Contractor - Senior Hardware Engineer, focusing on Xbox console motherboard development and troubleshooting DC-DC converters. Chia-Wei also has significant experience from a nine-year tenure at Rockwell Collins as an Electrical Engineer, analyzing electro-mechanical control units for aircraft systems. Earlier roles included internships at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging and Rockwell Scientific, where Chia-Wei contributed to power converter design and pilot control system validation. Chia-Wei holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine and two degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
