Chuck Buchanan

Chuck Buchanan has over two decades of experience in customer support and sales within the aviation industry. Since April 2003, Chuck has served as the Customer Support Business Manager at Bell Flight, focusing on after-market support in the United States. Prior to this role, Chuck worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Customer Support & Services at Bell Helicopter, emphasizing support and service for commercial end users and managing regions such as the Gulf Coast States and Southeast Asia. Before entering the civilian sector, Chuck dedicated 21 years to the United States Marine Corps as an Aircraft Mechanic and Maintenance Chief, where expertise in full systems Quality Assurance for CH-53D and CH-53E helicopters was achieved, along with certification as Safe for Flight. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Northwood University, completed between 2007 and 2010.
