Dwayne Henderson

Dwayne Henderson is a Global Facilities Project & Fire Systems Specialist at Bell Flight, responsible for overseeing fire protection systems and compliance inspections worldwide. With a robust background in fire service and corporate management, Dwayne has held various roles, including Fire Chief and Fire Inspection Manager, where they managed fire safety inspections and loss prevention efforts. Dwayne graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science and is currently pursuing a degree in Emergency Management at West Texas A&M University. They received an Achievement award in Q4 2021 for managing Bell’s ACHIEVE 2025 Initiative focused on resilient facilities.
