Ellen Stanhope

Ellen Stanhope has extensive experience at Bell Flight since May 2007, progressing through various roles focused on industrial engineering and operations management. As the Manager of V-22 Operations, Ellen led a team of 15-20 professionals, including Industrial Engineers and Resource Analysts, to execute supply plans aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include Supply Planning Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, and Industrial Engineering Chief, where Ellen managed teams to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce costs. Ellen began their career with an internship at Bell Helicopter in 2005 and holds a Master’s degree in Systems & Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
