Glenn Isbell has a strong background in the aerospace industry. Glenn has held various leadership roles at Bell Flight, including Vice President of Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing Innovation and Executive Vice President of Customer Support & Services. Glenn has also served as Vice President of Business Optimization and Vice President of XworX, where they were responsible for research, technology development, and flight test activities. Prior to these positions, Glenn was the Director of Systems Engineering and Engineering Operations at Bell Flight. Glenn also has experience in project management and engineering, having held roles such as Director of PLM/MES Deployment and Mechanical Engineer. In addition to their work at Bell Flight, Glenn Isbell is the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Vertical Flight Society, where they contribute to the advancement of vertical flight technology.
Glenn Isbell completed their Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1991 and 1996. In 2013, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. In 2015, Glenn attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for an Executive Leadership Program in Business & Leadership. Finally, in 2017, they completed a Sr. Executive Leadership Program in Business & Leadership from Duke University.
