J Blank

J Blank is a seasoned professional in aviation and government relations, currently serving as the Sr Government Relations Manager for Sustainment at Bell Flight since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Aviation Operational Needs/Requirements Officer at HQDA, DCS, G-8, DAPR-FDV, where responsibilities included analyzing Operational Needs Statements and aligning funding to support aviation requirements. In a previous position as Aviation Officer Policy Integrator at HQDA, DCS, G-1, J Blank analyzed aviator recruiting and retention for a significant flight training program, delivering findings to high-level Army officials. J Blank also served as Command Chief Warrant Officer for the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, providing mentorship to over 300 Warrant Officer aviators, and as Brigade Aviation Maintenance Officer, managing the maintenance of a fleet of aircraft.
