Jesse Coffman has extensive experience in leadership and supervision across various industries. Currently serving as a Quality Supervisor and previously as a Production Supervisor at Bell Flight since July 2019, Jesse has a strong background in operational management. Prior to Bell Flight, Jesse held the position of Shift Supervisor at Clearwater Paper Corporation from January 2017 to July 2019, overseeing the Power Recovery Department. Jesse's military experience includes roles as Infantry Platoon Trainer for Bravo Company, 2-11 IN, where responsibility included training 45 Infantry 2LTs, Chief of Operations for 3rd Squadron, 2 CR, and Mortar Platoon Leader, which involved advising on mortar asset deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Citadel, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
