John Lichtenfeld has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as the Business Strategy & Industrial Participation Senior Manager at Bell Flight since February 2006. Lichtenfeld has held various roles, including International Industrial Offset Manager and Project Engineer across multiple programs, leading significant improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Prior experience at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics included serving as a Systems/Project Engineer on the JSF Program, where key contributions were made as Project Lead for Trade Study Management and Chairman of the Engineering Change Board. Lichtenfeld holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
