John Rand is a strategic Aerospace Program Leader with over 15 years of experience in managing multimillion-dollar defense and commercial aviation programs. They have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving international collaborations while implementing mission-critical solutions. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Bell Flight, John has previously held positions at Boeing, Greenpoint Technologies, and D3 Technologies, showcasing expertise in program execution, stakeholder engagement, and systems integration. With a Master of Business Administration in Engineering Management from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Manufacturing from Western Washington University, John is committed to mentoring talent and fostering collaborative environments. They are also a patent owner and hold a SECRET DoD clearance.
