Jonathan Barnes

Jonathan Barnes is a highly accomplished aviation professional with over 26 years of experience in aviation maintenance and safety inspection, primarily within the United States Marine Corps. As a Senior Aviation Safety Inspector for the Marine Forces Reserve 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Jonathan conducted thorough evaluations and audits across 16 squadrons, ensuring compliance with maintenance programs and airworthiness of aviation assets. Jonathan has also held key roles in the US Navy as a Flight Operations Supervisor and various leadership positions in the Marine Corps, including Director of Maintenance Aviation for MV-22B Osprey Aircraft. Currently employed as a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist at Bell Flight, Jonathan has also obtained multiple degrees in aviation-related fields, including a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance Management and is pursuing a Master's degree in Aviation Leadership.
