Lee Anderson is an experienced aviation and operations leader with a robust career in the United States Air Force and the aerospace industry. Currently serving as Director of Advanced Programs at Bell Flight since July 2018, Lee has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Innovation and Chief of Aircraft Survivability. Previous experience includes high-level positions in the USAF, such as Deputy Director of Operations at HQ AFSOC and Commander of the 36th Contingency Response Group. Lee's educational background comprises a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the US Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy from the Joint Forces Staff College, and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Montana, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
