Michael Deslatte

Michael Deslatte is the Senior Vice President for the 525 Program at Bell Flight, with a distinguished career that includes leadership roles such as Senior Vice President for the AH-1Z, UH-1Y, and Special Mission Aircraft Programs. As a member of the Bell Executive Leadership Team, Deslatte oversees integrated product teams focused on product strategies, aircraft deliveries, capabilities development, and support for various military and special mission aircraft. Prior experience includes Vice President roles for H-1 and Special Mission Programs, as well as directorships in program management for the U.S. Marine Corps fleet and commercial medium helicopters.
