Rob Weiss is an independent director and retired executive vice president of Lockheed Martin, where they held various leadership roles from 1985 to 2001. Currently, Rob consults for Bell Flight and serves on multiple boards, including Catalyze Partners, Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, and Ultra Maritime. They also contribute to the advisory boards of Hermeus and others. Rob holds a Master of Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy. They previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve from 1976 to 2000.
