Stephen Loftis

Stephen Loftis is a seasoned manager at Bell Helicopter since May 2011, currently serving as Manager Mideast with responsibilities as the Bell Helicopter Representative to USSOCOM and USCENTCOM, overseeing military and commercial programs across several countries. Previous roles include Manager Afghanistan and Pakistan and Commercial Product Representative at AUSA. Prior experience at USSOCOM as JCIM Deputy Director involved substantial joint testing management, and Stephen contributed as an adviser for the Global Non-Standard Rotary Wing Study for the Department of Defense. Additional leadership roles were held at US Central Command and USARCENT, focusing on aviation strategy and operations. Stephen Loftis holds a BSBA in Personnel Management from the University of Arkansas and graduated from the Command and General Staff College in 2003.
