Steve Soliz, MBA, RN, BSN, currently serves as HEMS Segment Manager at Bell Flight, providing expertise in marketing strategy and global sales for the Helicopter Air Ambulance Segment since September 2022. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Director of Regional Outreach and Business Development at University Health System, known for its innovative healthcare solutions in partnership with UT Health San Antonio. Steve has extensive experience in aeromedical and air medical transport, having commanded the largest aeromedical evacuation squadron in the USAF and served in various leadership roles at AirMed International and Air Medical.
