Principal Engineer - Design Conformity at Bell Flight

Steven Halupnik has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Steven started their career at Bell Flight in 1985 and worked as a Supervisor in Manufacturing Engineering Planning until 2000. Steven then moved on to become the Leader of Tilt Rotor Assembly Production Planning & Integration, followed by a role as a Supervisor in Production Planning & Scheduling. From 2005 to 2010, Steven served as the Chief of Manufacturing Engineering Planning, overseeing the ordering of tooling and preparation of manufacturing instructions. Steven also wrote and updated policies and procedures related to Manufacturing Engineering Planning. As a Principal Engineer, they participated in system development workshops for Dassault ENOVIA and SAP CAMS systems and tested system functionality. Steven later worked as a Senior Business Process Expert at Telesto Group LLC, acting as a subject matter expert for SAP CAMS in support of the Army Logistics Modernization Program. Currently, Steven is working at Bell Flight again, this time as the Principal Engineer - Design Conformity, where they analyze engineering and manufacturing processes for the implementation of a new PLM system. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated their expertise in implementing and improving engineering processes and systems.

Steven Halupnik received a Bachelor's of Science in Applied Science with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering from Miami University. Steven went on to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering Management at The University of Texas at Arlington, which they completed in 2005.
