Steven Schmidt

Steven Schmidt is a seasoned professional with significant experience in the aerospace industry and military service. Since May 2006, Steven has held various leadership roles at Bell Flight, including Director of the Drive System Center and the Repair and Overhaul Center, where responsibilities included managing personnel, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards. Prior to Bell Flight, Steven served honorably for twenty years in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in fixed-wing aircraft maintenance and holding several managerial positions in power-plants and quality assurance. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College of Missouri.
