Sylvain Roy

Sylvain Roy is an experienced structural assembler in the aerospace industry, currently working at Bell Flight since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sylvain held positions at STELIA Aerospace from September 2015 to January 2022 and at Stelia Amérique du Nord as a team leader from January 2017 to October 2020. Early career experience includes working as a structural assembler at AAA Canada and Bell Helicopter, where significant contributions were made to projects involving the development of helicopters and composite aircraft components. Sylvain also served as a team leader at Mabe Canada, overseeing personnel and ensuring quality production. Sylvain's education in aeronautical assembly was completed at École des métiers de l'aérospatiale de Montréal between 2000 and 2001.
