Tim Cecil is an experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical design and drive systems, having worked at Bell Helicopter from May 2005 to January 2013 in various roles including Engineer, Chief of Drive System Engineering, Director of Mechanical Design, and Senior Manager of Technology Advocacy. Following this, Tim Cecil held positions at Bell Flight in October 2025 as Tech Fellow for Drive System, Drive System Technical Competency Lead, and Drive System Manager for the V280 program.
