Tom Chiang is currently the CRAD Capture Manager for Advanced Programs at Bell Flight, a role they began in 2025 after serving as Senior Manager for the FLRAA Program Build Team from 2019 to 2026. Previously, they held various management positions at Bell Flight from 2015 to 2017, including Program Manager for the AW609 and Interim Chief of Manufacturing R&D. Tom earned a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from The University of Texas at Austin between 2012 and 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2006.
