Никита Шаблинский is a seasoned QA Lead with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. Currently serving at Bell Integrator since October 2023, Никита previously held the same position at Aston from October 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included assessing QA team competencies, managing risk related to team composition changes, onboarding new employees, ensuring the quality of testing models, and conducting various forms of testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing. Prior to Aston, Никита worked as a QA Manual Engineer at Andersen Lab from April 2021 to October 2022, focusing on similar testing methodologies and collaborating with developers to address and resolve defects.
