Michael M. is an award-winning user experience designer with over 18 years of experience in UX strategy and design. They previously served in various roles, including Information Architect at Sapient and Director of Experience Design at Detour UX. Currently, Michael holds the position of Senior Manager of Experience and Design at Bell Media, alongside consulting as the Lead UX Strategy Consultant at TechGuilds. Michael earned a Master’s in Environmental Studies from York University and holds an Honors B.A. from the University of Toronto.
