Andy MacFarlane is currently the Head of Real Estate Research at Bell Potter Securities, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Andy was involved in Real Estate Equity Research at Jarden from 2020 to 2023 and served as an Executive Director in Real Estate Investment Research at Goldman Sachs from 2010 to 2016. Between 2009 and 2009, Andy was a scholarship recipient at Goodman and worked as an Investment Manager at Proprium Capital Partners from 2016 to 2020. Andy earned a Bachelor of Business in Property from Western Sydney University, graduating in 2009.
