Ami Graves

Ami Graves is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Bell Techlogix, Inc. since July 2018. With a strong background in HR management, Ami previously held key roles at Azenta Life Sciences and BioStorage Technologies, including Director of HR, where strategic HR initiatives were developed during the company's acquisition process. Ami’s earlier experience encompasses various HR positions at Indiana Donor Network, Rolls-Royce North America, and the NCAA, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of recruitment, talent management, and employee relations across diverse industries. Ami holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Indiana University Indianapolis.
