Jack Mansfield is the Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy at Bell Techlogix. Jack has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions at different companies.

Jack started their career as a Desktop PC Tech Intern at Community Health Network in January 2003. There, they assisted with the installation of hardware for the Indiana Heart Hospital and provided support for doctors, nurses, and other end users. Jack also performed desktop migrations to new computers using PC Transplant software.

In December 2002, they became a Helpdesk Support Consultant at Ingersoll Rand where they provided first-level help desk support and used AS400 to maintain and update user accounts. Jack also worked with Lotus Notes to communicate with users and used Assyst software to create and manage help desk tickets.

Jack then became a Quality Assurance Consultant at Finish Line in October 2002 before becoming a Customization Specialist at Compaq in May 2002.

At Compaq, they were responsible for customizing software to meet the specific needs of clients. Jack also created and maintained documentation for all software customization projects.

In their current role as Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy at Bell Techlogix, Jack is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital workplace strategy across the enterprise. Jack also oversees the enterprise mobility, security, and collaboration solutions teams.

Jack Mansfield has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Wabash College.
